Zeebrugge Green Logistics is developed by Intervest in cooperation with the Port of Antwerp-Bruges and is situated in the Port of Zeebrugge, an important gateway to Western Europe. The site is situated in the Maritime Logistics Zone in the port of Zeebrugge, near the COSCO Shipping Deepwater Container Terminal, with excellent connection to the E40, E34 and E403 motorways. The unique location covers the biggest consumer markets in the Northwest of Europe, as well as the UK. The project consists of ca. 73.000 sqm of a state of the art logistics warehouse with adjacent offices. The development is divided in 10 combinable units of ca. 7.300 sqm. Additionally, the site offers a 1.150 sqm main office building, a 32.000m² outside storage yard and ample truck and car parking. The project complies with all the latest technologies in sustainability (such as PV installation, EV-chargers, heating through heat pumps, rain water recuperation) and is BREEAM Excellent certified.
